The shape is that of a compact building over three to five stories around two atriums. 2020-01 is among the first in Norway to achieve the environmental certificate degree BREEAM Excellent. Together with Skanska Norway AS we have developed the right tools for supervising the BREEAM process and guiding the project group, which was the absolute success criteria to achieve the high environmental ambitions.
The project is planned in BIM with an integrated design process, characterized by an early multidisciplinary approach for optimizing solutions. We have assisted Skanska Norway AS in efforts to assure the quality of the engineering.
